All prices are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send the order confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable — small runs sell out fast — we will tell you and refund that line in full.
We accept iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Goods paid by transfer are dispatched once the funds arrive. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us.
Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund you.
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Goods must be unworn with tags attached. Exceptions: pierced jewellery once the seal is broken, and garments altered to your measurements.
Goods must be as described and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, tell us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund. Our free repair service is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
Codes apply to full-price items unless stated, cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order.
Text, photography and the site itself are ours or licensed to us; please do not republish them commercially. We try to keep colours accurate on screen but cannot guarantee your monitor. Nothing here is a promise that the site will be available without interruption.
We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, and as otherwise required by Dutch law. Beyond that our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Email us first — most things are sorted within a day. If we cannot agree, you may use the European Commission’s ODR platform or the Dutch courts.
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
