Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the studio the same day. You will get a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Standard shipping is free on every order over €150,00 after discounts. All parcels are carbon-neutral and sent in recycled card with paper tape.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging where practical.

How to return

• Find the return label in your confirmation email, or ask for one at support@rocketcomer.com.
• Put the pieces back in the box, stick the label over the old one and drop it at any pick-up point.
• We refund to the original payment method within three working days of the parcel arriving.

Exchanges

Email us the size you want before you post the return and we will hold it for ten days, so you do not lose it to someone else while the parcel is in transit.

Exceptions

• Sale pieces are refundable but not exchangeable — there is no restock.
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons.
• Altered garments (hems, sleeves) are final sale.

Repairs

We repair anything we made, for as long as we are in business. Send it in with a note about what happened; you cover the postage to us, we cover the way back. Typical turnaround is ten working days.

Faults and damage

If something arrives faulty, email a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page.
