Privacy policy

RocketComer Retail B.V. (“RocketComer”, “we”) operates rocketcomer.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We are the data controller; questions go to support@rocketcomer.com.

What we collect

• Order data. Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought. We need this to fulfil the contract.
• Payment data. Handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of a card, never the full number.
• Account-free basket. Your basket and wishlist live in your own browser (local storage) on this device. They are not sent to us until you check out.
• Newsletter. Your email address and the date you subscribed, if you choose to.
• Analytics. Aggregated, IP-truncated page statistics so we know which products people look at. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.
• Support. The content of emails you send us, kept with the order for as long as the warranty runs.

Who else sees it

Only processors who need it to do their job: our payment provider, our carrier, our email provider and our hosting company, all inside the EEA or covered by an adequacy decision. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

We set a small number of first-party items:

• Essential. Your basket, your wishlist and your cookie choice, stored in your browser. Without these the shop cannot work.
• Statistics. An anonymous visit counter, only if you accept it in the cookie banner.

No third-party marketing cookies are set on this site. You can clear everything at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email support@rocketcomer.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything material, tell newsletter subscribers by email.
